Premisleki glede ocene tveganja za potencialne nevarnosti so namenjeni sistemati\u010dnemu pregledu vseh vidikov dela in vklju\u010dujo\u010dih okoli\u0161\u010din, ki bi lahko povzro\u010dile nesre\u010de. Nesre\u010de lahko povzro\u010dijo nevarne snovi, elektrika, izpostavljenost visokim temperaturam, neustrezna ali pomanjkljiva uporaba delovne opreme, spolzka tla in podobno. V nadaljevanju navedeni primeri se osredoto\u010dajo na nadomestitev nevarnih snovi in postopkov.<\/p><p>Z nadome\u0161\u010danjem nevarnih snovi ali postopkov z manj nevarnimi alternativami lahko eksperimentalno delo v \u0161olskem laboratoriju prilagodimo skladno s principi zelene kemije. To je podrobneje obravnavano v zavihku o zeleni kemiji pri eksperimentalnem delu: <a href=\"https:\/\/chesse.org\/sl\/zelena-kemija\/\">Zelena kemija<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c71dd93 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"c71dd93\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Katere snovi in postopke je potrebno nadomestiti?<\/h2>\n<p>Snovi, ki so skladno z zakonodajo <a href=\"https:\/\/chesse.org\/sl\/zakonodaja\/zakonodaja-ki-omejuje-uporabo-kemikalij\/\">prepovedane ali je njihova uporaba omejena,<\/a> je priporo\u010dljivo nadomestiti z manj nevarnimi alternativami. Podobno velja tudi za snovi, ki vzbujajo veliko zaskrbljenost (angl. Substances of Very High Concern, SVHC) z vidika zagotavljanja varnosti.<\/p>\n<p>V kolikor je iz opisa eksperimenta razvidno, da je katera izmed snovi klasificirana kot nevarna, je priporo\u010dljivo, da se tudi za te snovi poi\u0161\u010de manj nevarna alternativna, s katero lahko dose\u017eemo zastavljene cilje eksperimentalnega dela. Prav tako je smiselno, da u\u010ditelji ob uporabi u\u010dnih gradiv, ki vklju\u010dujejo eksperimentalno delo, kontinuirno spremljajo in preverjajo podatke o nevarnosti snovi v veljavnih varnostnih listih.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e191b02 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e191b02\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Kako nadomestimo nevarne snovi in postopke z manj nevarnimi alternativami?<\/h2><p>\u010ce nadomestitev snovi ni mo\u017ena, lahko tveganje za nevarnost zmanj\u0161amo z izbiro ni\u017eje koncentracije raztopine snovi ali z izbiro manj\u0161e koli\u010dine snovi.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d117f92 linkBox elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d117f92\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>Primer 1:<\/strong> <br \/>Pridobivanje plinastega vodika s kemijsko reakcijo med cinkom in kislino je poskus, ki se pogosto izvaja v \u0161olah. Za izvedbo kemijske reakcije je potrebna uporaba koncentrirane vodne raztopine mo\u010dne kisline. V primeru izbire bolj reaktivne kovine (na primer magnezij), zadostuje uporaba ni\u017eje koncentracije vodne raztopine \u0161ibke kisline. V obeh primerih je rezultat poskusa podoben, le da je tveganje za nevarnost v drugem primeru manj\u0161e.<\/p><p><strong>Primer 2:<\/strong> <br \/>Fenolftalein se navadno uporablja kot indikator za razlikovanje med kislimi in bazi\u010dnimi snovmi ali pa za kislinsko-bazi\u010dne titracije. Fenolftalein je klasificiran kot nevarna snov, zato je ob njegovi uporabi potrebno upo\u0161tevati varnostna priporo\u010dila.<\/p><p>Fenolftalein se lahko nadomesti z drugimi indikatorji, ki predstavljajo manj\u0161e tveganje za nevarnost (na primer timolftalein). V primeru, da nadomestitev ni mo\u017ena, se lahko uporabi manj\u0161a koli\u010dina ali ni\u017eja koncentracija raztopine fenolftaleina.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-400b92c elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"400b92c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>V skladu z uredbo CLP se pri razvr\u0161\u010danju zmesi uporabljajo dolo\u010dene mejne koncentracije. Te nam lahko pomagajo dolo\u010diti koncentracijo, pri kateri se rakotvorna, mutagena in strupena za razmno\u017eevanje (angl. Carcinogenic, Mutagenic and Reprotoxic, CMR) snov razred\u010di do te mere, da ni ve\u010d razvr\u0161\u010dena kot CMR.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4df0fc8 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"4df0fc8\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<table class=\"chesseTable\">\n<caption>Mejne koncentracije raztopin, ki se uporabljajo pri razvr\u0161\u010danju med nevarne snovi<\/caption>\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<th class=\"orange\" style=\"width: 30%; font-size: larger; text-align: center;\">Mejna koncentracija<\/th>\n<td class=\"orangeBorder\">Vrednost koncentracije, nad katero se snov razvrsti v dolo\u010den razred nevarnosti.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<th class=\"orange\" style=\"font-size: larger; text-align: center;\">Mejna vrednost specifi\u010dne koncentracije<\/th>\n<td class=\"orangeBorder\">Mejna koncentracija, ki je specifi\u010dna za snov in ima prednost pred splo\u0161nimi mejnimi koncentracijami. Posebne mejne koncentracije so navedene v uredbi CLP in na varnostnem listu.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f99d429 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f99d429\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Za raztopino fenolftaleina s specifi\u010dno mejno koncentracijo &gt; 1 % velja stavek o nevarnosti Lahko povzro\u010di raka (H350). Raztopina fenolftaleina je klasificirana kot rakotvorna le v primeru, \u010de je vrednost njene koncentracije \u2265 1 %.
