Ta odgovornost vklju\u010duje:<\/p><ul><li>dokumentiranje pravno-formalnih obveznosti povezanih s kemijsko varnostjo;<\/li><li>zagotavljanje nadaljnjega usposabljanja zaposlenih na podro\u010dju kemijske varnosti;<\/li><li>zagotavljanje potrebnega \u010dasa in virov zaposlenim za ustrezno ravnanje na podro\u010dju kemijske varnosti.<\/li><\/ul><p>Ravnatelji so odgovorni za sistemske vidike zagotavljanja kemijske varnosti v \u0161olah, ki naj temeljijo na poznavanju tega podro\u010dja iz \u010desar izpeljejo smiselno organizacijo dela in razporeditev nalog med zaposlenimi.<\/p><p>Kadar ravnatelj, ki je formalno odgovoren za zagotavljanje kemijske varnosti, dodeli posamezne naloge v povezavi s kemijsko varnostjo zaposlenim, jim mora zagotoviti tudi ustrezna pooblastila, potreben \u010das in vire ter mo\u017enosti za nadaljnje usposabljanje.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1ef0ea5 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1ef0ea5\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Odgovornosti u\u010diteljev naravoslovja in drugih dele\u017enikov<\/h2><p>Pri zagotavljanju kemijske varnosti pri pouku naravoslovnih vsebin imajo pomembno vlogo tako u\u010ditelji in laboranti, pri na\u010drtovanju in izvedbi aktivnosti, kot tudi u\u010denci in dijaki z upo\u0161tevanjem navodil.<\/p><p>U\u010ditelji naravoslovnih vsebin morajo ravnatelja oziroma delodajalca obvestiti o morebitnih pomanjkljivostih, izzivih pri zagotavljanju kemijske varnosti na \u0161oli, pri tem jim pomagajo laboranti.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3c9b9e1 linkBox elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3c9b9e1\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Dodatne informacije<\/h2>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/chesse.org\/sl\/zakonodaja\/\">Zakonodaja, ki ureja ravnanje s kemikalijami<\/a><em><br \/><\/em><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Delodajalec je formalno odgovoren za zagotavljanje kemijske varnosti ter za skladnost delovanja \u0161ole z zakoni in predpisi na tem podro\u010dju.
