Exempelvis genom neutralisation, utsp\u00e4dning, avdunstning, oxidation, s\u00f6nderdelning, utf\u00e4llning eller filtrering.<\/li>\n<li>Kemikalieavfall som inte kan behandlas och g\u00f6ras mindre farligt, ska samlas in och omh\u00e4ndertas enligt g\u00e4llande f\u00f6reskrifter.<\/li>\n<li>M\u00e4rk upp och f\u00f6rvara kemikalieavfallet korrekt tills det \u00e5tervinns eller h\u00e4mtas f\u00f6r destruktion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-cc9f8fb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"cc9f8fb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Klassificering av kemikalieavfall<\/h2><p>Farligt avfall kan utg\u00f6ra en arbetsmilj\u00f6risk eftersom det inneh\u00e5ller h\u00e4lso- och milj\u00f6farliga \u00e4mnen, och beh\u00f6ver d\u00e4rf\u00f6r hanteras under strikt kontroll. Avfall som uppvisar en eller flera av de farliga egenskaper som anges i bilaga III till <a>Avfallsdirektivet<\/a> r\u00e4knas som farligt avfall. \u00a0<\/p><p>Faroangivelser f\u00f6r en kemikalie och informationen om faroklasserna finns bland annat i dess s\u00e4kerhetsdatablad, avsnitt 2.1. Observera att en l\u00f6sning som inte klassificeras som en farlig kemikalie \u00e4nd\u00e5 kan klassas som farligt avfall. Det avg\u00f6rs av angiven koncentrationsgr\u00e4ns.<\/p><p>Tabellen nedan ger en \u00f6versikt \u00f6ver n\u00e5gra av de faroklasser som \u00e4r relevanta f\u00f6r skolans avfall? S\u00e4kerhetsdatabladet f\u00f6r koncentrerad HCl anger att denna l\u00f6sning \u00e4r klassificerad <em>Orsakar allvarliga fr\u00e4tskador p\u00e5 hud och \u00f6gon<\/em> (H314). Enligt tabellen ovan \u00e4r koncentrationsgr\u00e4nsen d\u00e5 1 % (massa\/massa). Eftersom 1 mol\/dm\u00b3 HCl \u00e4r cirka 3,6 %, \u00e4r denna l\u00f6sning klassad som farligt avfall och m\u00e5ste hanteras som s\u00e5dan. Koncentrerad HCl klassas i flera faroklasser, men eftersom vi redan har klassificerat \u00a01 mol\/dm\u00b3 HCl som farligt avfall beh\u00f6ver vi inte ta h\u00e4nsyn till dem.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1f560cd elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1f560cd\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><span style=\"font-family: Roboto, sans-serif;font-size: 22px\">Hur man g\u00f6r sig av med labbavfall<\/span><\/h2><p>Skolans NV-institutioner ska ha avfallsstationer f\u00f6r insamling av farligt avfall som uppfyller g\u00e4llande f\u00f6reskrifter. Avfallsk\u00e4rlen ska vara uppm\u00e4rkta med l\u00e4mpliga piktogram och placeras i f\u00f6rvaringssk\u00e5p med avseende p\u00e5 inneh\u00e5llet. Skolan beh\u00f6ver uppr\u00e4tta rutiner f\u00f6r hur man best\u00e4ller och koordinerar h\u00e4mtning av avfallet vid behov. Kontakta alltid lokala myndigheter f\u00f6r v\u00e4gledning kring avfallshanteringen d\u00e5 lokala regler kan vara str\u00e4ngare \u00e4n p\u00e5 nationell niv\u00e5.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-19b44e2 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"19b44e2\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>R\u00e5d om avfallsstationer<\/h2><p>Utse en specifik plats f\u00f6r labbavfallet som \u00e4r ur v\u00e4gen f\u00f6r de vanliga aktiviteterna, men \u00e4nd\u00e5 l\u00e4ttillg\u00e4ngligt och tydligt uppm\u00e4rkt f\u00f6r anv\u00e4ndarna.<\/p><p>Avfallsbeh\u00e5llarna p\u00e5 en avfallsstation ska:<\/p><ul><li>vara kemiskt kompatibla med avfallet (t.ex. plastdunkar av h\u00f6gdensitetspolyeten, HDPE, f\u00f6r sura och basiska l\u00f6sningar)<\/li><li>vara robusta och t\u00e4ta<\/li><li>ha skruvlock<\/li><li>placeras i en yttre spillbeh\u00e5llare (t.ex. plastl\u00e5da i polyeten) om avfallet \u00e4r flytande, f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra l\u00e4ckor och spill<\/li><li>vara m\u00e4rkta i enlighet med lokala och nationella krav<\/li><\/ul><figure><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone\" style=\"width: 90vw;max-width: 450px\" src=\"https:\/\/chesse.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/SE_waste-disposal-containers.svg\" alt=\"Exempel p\u00e5 kemiskt kompatibel avfallsbeh\u00e5llare med skruvlock f\u00f6r flytande avfall, m\u00e4rkt enligt lokala och nationella best\u00e4mmelser, placerad i en yttre spillbeh\u00e5llare.\" \/><figcaption>Ett exempel p\u00e5 avfallsbeh\u00e5llare f\u00f6r flytande farligt avfall.<\/figcaption><\/figure><p>Tabellen nedan visar hur man organiserar kemikalieavfall och annat labbavfall.
