Medlemsstaterna kan ha nationell lagstiftning som \u00e4r mer restriktiv \u00e4n EU:s krav.\" width=\"1440\" height=\"675\"><figcaption>\u00d6versikt av lagstiftningen.<\/figcaption><\/figure><h3>EU-f\u00f6rordningar<\/h3><p>EU:s f\u00f6rordningar \u00e4r bindande lagstiftningsakter f\u00f6r alla medlemsstater och \u00e4r direkt till\u00e4mpliga i alla EU-l\u00e4nder. <br>Det finns tv\u00e5 best\u00e4mmelser av s\u00e4rskild betydelse f\u00f6r kemikalies\u00e4kerhet: <\/p><ul><li><strong>F\u00f6rordningen om klassificering, m\u00e4rkning och f\u00f6rpackning (CLP)<\/strong> reglerar hur kemikalier klassificeras med avseende p\u00e5 fara, och hur fara, s\u00e4ker anv\u00e4ndning och avfallshantering kommuniceras i produktinformation. Alla kemikalier som klassificeras som farliga ska m\u00e4rkas och f\u00f6rvaras i enlighet med CLP-kraven, \u00e4ven l\u00f6sningar som bereds i skolor. <\/li><li><strong>F\u00f6rordningen om registrering, utv\u00e4rdering, auktorisering och begr\u00e4nsning av kemikalier (REACH)<\/strong> reglerar anv\u00e4ndningen av vissa kemikalier, b\u00e5de genom att kr\u00e4va att industrin tillhandah\u00e5ller faro- och riskinformation och genom att begr\u00e4nsa anv\u00e4ndningen av vissa kemikalier p\u00e5 grund av deras h\u00e4lso- eller milj\u00f6fara. F\u00f6reskrifterna kr\u00e4ver att du som l\u00e4rare (professionell anv\u00e4ndare) l\u00e4ser och f\u00f6ljer informationen i s\u00e4kerhetsdatabladet f\u00f6r alla kemiska produkter du anv\u00e4nder i undervisningen. <\/li><\/ul><h3>EU-direktiv<\/h3><p>EU-direktiv antas p\u00e5 EU-niv\u00e5 och inf\u00f6rlivas i nationell lagstiftning av EU- och EES-l\u00e4nderna s\u00e5 att direktiven blir nationella eller regionala lagar. Ramdirektivet f\u00f6r avfall (WFD) och cancerframkallande och mutagena direktivet (CMD) \u00e4r exempel p\u00e5 EU-direktiv. <\/p><h3>Ytterligare nationella lagar<\/h3><p>B\u00e5de EU-f\u00f6rordningar och EU-direktiv \u00e4r bindande r\u00e4ttsakter.
