Dessa \u00e4r inf\u00f6rlivade i den svenska lagstiftningen. Flera av reglerna omfattar \u00e4ven elever i en undervisningssituation.\u00a0<\/p><h2>Arbetsmilj\u00f6lagstiftningen<\/h2><p>Arbetsmilj\u00f6lagstiftningen med tillh\u00f6rande f\u00f6reskrifter behandlar m\u00e5nga aspekter som r\u00f6r en s\u00e4ker arbetsmilj\u00f6, bland annat arbete med farliga \u00e4mnen och \u00e4mnesblandningar. F\u00f6reskrifterna st\u00e4ller bland annat krav p\u00e5 riskbed\u00f6mning och regler f\u00f6r korrekt f\u00f6rvaring och hantering. P\u00e5 en skola \u00e4r arbetsgivaren, eller rektor som representant f\u00f6r arbetsgivaren, ansvarig f\u00f6r att regelverket f\u00f6ljs. Arbetstagarna (l\u00e4rare och elever) \u00e4r skyldiga att samarbeta med arbetsgivaren f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla s\u00e4kra arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden.<\/p><p>Elever skyddas av arbetsmilj\u00f6lagen med tillh\u00f6rande f\u00f6reskrifter i m\u00e5nga sammanhang, \u00e4ven vid praktikarbete och utflykter. De ska skyddas mot \u00e4mnen som kan skada liv och h\u00e4lsa. Man m\u00e5ste ta h\u00e4nsyn till att barn och unga \u00e4r extra s\u00e5rbara f\u00f6r h\u00e4lsofarliga \u00e4mnen, och ofta saknar erfarenhet och mognad f\u00f6r att bed\u00f6ma risker och agera r\u00e4tt.<\/p><p><strong>Arbetsgivaren, eller rektorn som representant f\u00f6r arbetsgivaren,\u00a0<\/strong> ska unders\u00f6ka om det finns (eller bildas) farliga kemiska \u00e4mnen p\u00e5 arbetsplatsen. Finns det s\u00e5 ska arbetsgivaren:<\/p><ul><li>Ge utsedda arbetstagare tillr\u00e4ckligt med tid och resurser f\u00f6r att kunna genomf\u00f6ra de arbetsuppgifter som r\u00f6r s\u00e4kerhetsarbetet och som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att uppfylla arbetsmilj\u00f6lagstiftningen.<\/li><li>G\u00f6ra en riskbed\u00f6mning f\u00f6r arbetstagarnas h\u00e4lsa och s\u00e4kerhet till f\u00f6ljd av anv\u00e4ndning av dessa kemiska \u00e4mnen.<\/li><li>Vidta n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndiga \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r god h\u00e4lsa och s\u00e4kerhet, i enlighet med nationella lagar och\/eller praxis.<\/li><li>Informera arbetstagarna s\u00e5 att de f\u00e5r all n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndig information om h\u00e4lso- och s\u00e4kerhetsrisker, skydds\u00e5tg\u00e4rder och f\u00f6rebyggande \u00e5tg\u00e4rder.<\/li><li>F\u00f6rs\u00e4kra sig om att arbetstagarna (l\u00e4rare, elever och andra ber\u00f6rda) f\u00e5r tillr\u00e4ckligt med tid och har tillr\u00e4cklig kunskap f\u00f6r att kunna arbeta p\u00e5 ett s\u00e4kert s\u00e4tt.<\/li><\/ul><p>Det \u00e4r dock varje arbetstagares ansvar att s\u00e5 l\u00e5ngt det \u00e4r m\u00f6jligt ta ansvar f\u00f6r sin egen s\u00e4kerhet. I <a href=\"https:\/\/eur-lex.europa.eu\/eli\/dir\/1989\/391\">direktiv 89\/391\/EEG<\/a> anges d\u00e4rf\u00f6r att varje <strong>l\u00e4rare, som arbetstagare,<\/strong> \u00e4r skyldig att samarbeta med arbetsgivaren f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla trygga arbetsf\u00f6rh\u00e5llanden, exempelvis genom att\u00a0<\/p><ul><li>Informera arbetsgivaren om alla brister i s\u00e4kerheten.\u00a0<\/li><li>Samarbeta med arbetsgivaren kring uppgifter som kr\u00e4vs f\u00f6r att \u00e5tg\u00e4rda eventuella brister<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>B\u00e5de elever och l\u00e4rare<\/strong> har ett arbetstagaransvar som inneb\u00e4r att de ska<\/p><ul><li>F\u00f6lja hanterings- och skyddsinstruktioner och andra anvisningar.<\/li><li>Anv\u00e4nda skyddsanordningar och iaktta den f\u00f6rsiktighet som beh\u00f6vs f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rebygga oh\u00e4lsa och olycksfall.<\/li><li>Omedelbart rapportera brister i s\u00e4kerheten.\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>P\u00e5 den h\u00e4r sidan finns f\u00f6rslag p\u00e5 hur arbetsuppgifter relaterade till skolans kemiundervisning kan f\u00f6rdelas. <a href=\"https:\/\/chesse.org\/sv\/ansvar-rutiner-och-utbildning\/ansvar\/\">Ansvar (chesse.org)<\/a><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0877b75 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0877b75\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>Arbete med cancerframkallande och mutagena \u00e4mnen\u00a0<\/h2><p>I EU-direktivet om cancerframkallande och mutagena \u00e4mnen fastst\u00e4lls minimikraven f\u00f6r att skydda arbetstagare mot h\u00e4lso- och s\u00e4kerhetsrisker vid exponering i arbetet. F\u00f6reskrifterna inneh\u00e5ller ocks\u00e5 skyldigheter f\u00f6r b\u00e5de arbetsgivare och arbetstagare i verksamheter d\u00e4r s\u00e5dana \u00e4mnen anv\u00e4nds. Cancerframkallande, mutagena och reproduktionsst\u00f6rande (CMR) \u00e4mnen, identifieras ocks\u00e5 som s\u00e4rskilt farliga \u00e4mnen (SVHC), vilket du kan l\u00e4sa mer om h\u00e4r: <a href=\"https:\/\/chesse.org\/sv\/lagstiftning\/lagstiftning-som-begransar-anvandningen-av-kemikalier\/#elementor-toc__heading-anchor-1\">Lagstiftning som begr\u00e4nsar anv\u00e4ndningen av kemikalier (chesse.org)<\/a>.<\/p><h2>Unga arbetstagare<\/h2><p>EU:s medlemsstater ska se till att unga arbetstagare skyddas fr\u00e5n alla specifika risker som kan p\u00e5verka deras s\u00e4kerhet, h\u00e4lsa och utveckling.
